8 Acre Perspective is a boutique, full-service marketing research consultancy supporting leading financial services brands in a wide range of areas such as brand positioning, product development, customer experience, and marketing communications. We employ a wide range of quantitative and qualitative methodologies including, but not limited to, online/mobile surveys, focus groups, online discussion boards and one-on-one interviews. 8 Acre Perspective is a recognized leader in financial services, working with brands such as eMoney, Fidelity, Vanguard, Schwab, Chase Bank and Prudential, among many others.
What You Will Do
- Work directly with and learn from senior professionals
- Participate on a wide variety of projects, an ideal way to immerse yourself into all aspects of the market research profession and the financial services industry
- Regularly interact with clients and have the opportunity to influence decisions at leading financial services firms
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate research projects, including managing schedules and following up with vendors and clients
- Assist in designing survey instruments that meet clients’ research and business objectives
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to uncover trends and actionable insights
- Support creation of compelling, concise deliverables that enlighten clients and give them confidence to make important business decisions
- Take ownership of tasks from start to finish and step in as needed to support teammates
- Provide other project support as needed to manage and deliver custom research projects
- Participate in strategic initiatives to grow 8 Acre Perspective

Requirements
Characteristics of the Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant Master’s degree
- Passionate about learning and growing
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Exceptional written communication abilities (grammar and syntax)
- Keen attention to detail with an ability to produce accurate, polished work
- Skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong team player, yet independently driven
- Dedication to delivering an outstanding client experience
- Likes to have fun, but doesn’t shy away from heavy intellectual lifting
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, secondary online research
- Comfortable and effective working in a fully remote role
- Previous experience in financial services or market research a plus
