About the Position 

We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our team in Medford, Oregon. The Marketing Assistant will collaborate with the Communications Team on marketing material by designing, compiling and formatting materials for special events, meetings, messages, websites, and public events. They will help identify marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation. The Marketing Assistant will prepare flyers and brochures by formatting content and graphics, arranging printing and internet correspondences. They will assist with social media management, including, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Bluesky LinkedIn and other platforms. 

 

ColumbiaCare Services is a qualifying employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Program.

Work Schedule: Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8:00am 5:00pm (Part Time, Day)

 

What You'll Make

$25.00-$28.00 per hour DOE

Additional 5% Language Differential offered for Bilingual or Multilingual candidates.

  

What You'll Need

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field OR minimum four (4) years administrative work experience OR equivalent combination of education and training.

 

Driving is an essential function of this position. Successful applicants must provide a valid driver's license from their state of residence or obtain and submit one within 30 days of hire, maintain a safe driving record, and have the ability to pass a DHS criminal background check.  

  

This position requires the ability to frequently sit, walk, climb stairs, bend, stoop, talk, listen, and use hands and fingers. It may require the ability to occasionally use ladders, squat/kneel, use basic tools, and perform other physical tasks as applicable including minimal cleaning tasks; as well as lift, carry, push, and pull up to 40 pounds.
